The Met-Tag emergency disaster triage tags provide the standard triaging features needed to enable First responders and personnel to perform a prompt and accurate assessment of a mass casualty Incident (MCI) victims injuries and to quickly and easily record the data. 

The MT-137 is used by military units, Fire, EMS, Police personnel as well as a number of government agencies.
