Traditional Closed Suction Catheters leak contaminated air during the insertion of the suction catheter into the patient airway, forcing the displaced air to vent, unnoticed, in the ambient air of the patient room.

Clic: Truly Closed System
Clic features 99.99% Bacterial/Viral efficiency filters. The displaced air in the sleeve must first pass through these filters, reducing the potential for contaminated air to enter the patient room.
